FIRDAWS SERVICE USE
By using the Firdaws Service, you agree to these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy available on the Firdaws Biryani website ("Terms"). PF Foods reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Firdaws Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For detailed terms, please refer to our website www.firdawsbiryani.com.
ORDERING
You agree to provide accurate and complete details when placing an order with Firdaws and warrant that the debit or credit card details provided are your own. Firdaws is responsible for ensuring the quality of the food provided and will directly address any issues related to the quality of the order, such as veg/non-veg labeling, but is not limited to these.
You understand that some food items may be suitable only for certain age groups. It is your responsibility to ensure that the food you order is appropriate for the intended recipient.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices listed on the Firdaws Biryani website are correct at the time of publication as received from the participating kitchen. While PF Foods takes care to keep prices updated, the final price charged may change at the time of delivery based on the latest menu and prices. PF Foods reserves the right to alter the menu and remove items from the listing at its discretion.
In case of a price change, PF Foods or its employees will not be liable to you. The total price, including all charges and taxes, will be displayed when you place your order. Full payment must be made for all items in the order.
If you choose online payment, ensure the payment mode is secure. Your debit/credit card details will be encrypted to prevent unauthorized access during transmission. Your credit card company may conduct security checks to confirm your identity before processing the payment.
You cannot combine two or more promotional offers in a single order. Offers or rewards like Ashrafiyan cannot be combined with other discount coupons. Ashrafiyan are valid for a limited time and can only be used on the Firdaws Biryani website. PF Foods reserves the right to remove or modify Ashrafiyan at any time. DELIVERY
The delivery period quoted at the time of ordering is approximate and may vary. Food will be delivered to the address provided by you when placing the order. Firdaws will make every effort to deliver within the stated time; however, PF Foods will not be liable for any loss due to late delivery. If your order is not delivered within the estimated time, you may contact Firdaws by email, and we will do our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
In the event of late delivery, the delivery charge will not be voided or refunded. If you fail to accept delivery or provide appropriate instructions or authorizations, the food will be deemed delivered, and all risk and responsibility will pass to you. Any additional costs incurred due to the inability to deliver will be your responsibility, and you agree to indemnify PF Foods for such costs.
You must ensure that adequate arrangements, including access where necessary, are in place for the safe delivery of the food. PF Foods will not be liable for any damage, cost, or expense incurred due to a failure in delivery arrangements.
REFUND POLICY
Refund requests typically take 7-10 business days to be processed and reflected in the customer's account, depending on the bank or wallet used for payment.
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
By using the Firdaws Service, you agree to allow PF Foods to use your personal information. While PF Foods implements appropriate firewalls and protections, you acknowledge that the Firdaws Service is not immune to hacking or data breaches. Data theft due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, or technical issues is possible.
If PF Foods is required to disclose your personal information to assist a government authority or comply with a court order, or to protect the interests of Firdaws Service and/or any user(s), PF Foods may do so without obtaining your prior permission. You authorize us to disclose your personal information in such circumstances.
By using this site, you consent to receive periodic communication regarding offers, alerts, and updates. This communication may be via SMS, email, or other communication tools.
